Food

Starter:
Melba Toast with tomato

- Long Bread Roll
- Tomato
1. Pre Heat oven on grill
2. Cut up long bread roll
3. Toast the bread on both sides
4. Put on chopped tomatos

Dinner:
Nachos

Serves 4
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 500g beef mince
- 2 x 400g cans whole tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Small packet corn chips
- ½ cup grated cheddar or edam cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Sprigs of parsley, to garnish

1. Heat a saucepan, add oil and onion, and cook over a medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes until softened. Add mince and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up the mince with a wooden spoon.
2. Coarsely chop canned tomatoes and add to the pan. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Spoon mince mixture onto four plates and surround with corn chips. Serve topped with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with parsley, if desired.




Desert:
Chocolate Sundae

1. Put 3 scoops of ice cream into a cup
2. Put whipped Cream on top
3. Pour Chocolate sauce on top
4. Put a handful of pebbles on top and then serve

3. Put in some more fizzy
4. Put in straws
